Long term goal - what do I want to complete/participate in/do by May, 2013? By May, 2012, I will have another degree - Educational Specialist degree in Gifted & Creative Education.(Edgar's long term goal - YUP I achieved it! YAY!)
Strengths/Weaknesses - Name one of each that you have (a strength) and one you are working to improve (a weakness): *Great at multitasking (great strength to have for the short term but stresses you out in the long term - not a healthy habit!) *Poor at saying NO and then I'm overwhelmed :-(
